Two posted questions in the developers forum - two unanswered questions! Wildpackets used to be a great product with great support but it looks like that is not the case anymore!

Trying to Import geo filter but gives error message

I am trying to load one of the Geo filters (China) from the Engine screen but when I select send it comes up with an Error popup of Unspecified Error? thanks

IM Plug-in not displaying data

I installed the IM plugin and I run the Analyser which finds IM's but then none show up in the IM window? Am I missing something. Where is the instructions for the plugins? I am running 6.5 version on windows 7.

IM Plug-in not working
