Help creating filter for PMKID list

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a filter to display all packets with a PMKID list > 0; however, when I build a value filter I notice the offsets vary between packets, so I'm not sure how to compensate for that within a filter. Any help?

Thanks.

RE: How do I (efficiently) create a generic EAP filter?

Hrm...where do you mean? Which Protocols? I select it in the Make Filter, but I don't see EAPOL in there, unless I use the generic protospec, but that lists out all of the various EAPOL message types.

RE: How do I (efficiently) create a generic EAP filter?

Ok - after some digging I can get what I want by doing a Protocol filter of 0x888E (802.1X from the Ethernet headers). The filters are a strange beast - powerful, but limiting in certain ways. Or perhaps the problem is they don't work the way I think, which I'm willing to admit. I'm still getting us...

How do I (efficiently) create a generic EAP filter?

All, I'm trying to create a display filter for EAP & EAPOL messages; however, when I go into the filter builder I can only select individual EAP messages (Start, Failure, etc.), but I want them all. Is there any way to do this? This is very simple to do in Wireshark (sorry - just for comparison)...

RE: OmniPeek hangs if I set monitor adapter to Linksys USB60

No one else sees this? The whole thing hands for a good 2 minutes before it releases the UI back to my control. I'm not in a heavily populated AP area (a neighborhood right now), so I'm not sure what's causing the issue, but it is certainly there.

OmniPeek hangs if I set monitor adapter to Linksys USB600N

Hello, I'm using 5.1.4 and I constantly run into a problem that if I set my monitor adapter to be one of my LinksysUSB600Ns, without fail OmniPeek will hang within a few moments. The only way around this is to quickly change my monitor adapter to something else, though without the instrumented drive...

RE: RE: OmniPeek hangs

I did - for other's sake, the problem was my RaLink drivers became corrupt, so I had to remove, delete them, uninstall OmniPeek, download and reinstall the drivers, then reinstall OmniPeek. After that it all worked.

Where is the new RALink driver? I just see the older one (from July).

OmniPeek hangs

Hello, I'm on a Vista system with OmniPeek 5.1.4b with the following plug-ins: - Wireless Aggregator - Roaming Latency - RemoteTCPDump Unfortunatley OP has become very unstable - I can launch it and just let it sit there at the home page and it will hang. It appears to have problems somewhere in the...

RE: RE: RE: Wireless Aggregator woes

Thanks for the reply. I'm well aware of the Windows reboot shuffle; however, I assume there is some kind of reinitialization that needs to happen with the virtual driver that gets installed. Is there a log of anything kind for OmniPeek? I didn't see any kind of notifications in any of the Windows lo...

RE: Wireless Aggregator woes

Ok - apparently I had to reboot and then it started working. I don't recall reading that a reboot is required, but there you go - seems to be working great!

Wireless Aggregator woes

Hello, I installed that latest Wireless Aggregator (1.0.0.13) with 5.1.4b; however, when I start a capture I get nothing - in fact I can't get individual traces anymore either. I'm using a pair of Linksys WUSB600Ns. I attempted to reset my defaults, but it wasn't until I uninstalled the aggregator t...
