RE: RE: Wireless Aggregator woes

Hi Henry,

A reboot is usually not necessary, but we all know that many Windows problems are fixed that way. Anyway, I am glad it is working for you now, and thanks for lettings us know.

Are you using the Roaming Latency Plug-in as well?

RE: Unable to start capture in Wireless (802.11) mode

When you select the USB Adapter in OmniPeek does it say: "WildPackets API: Yes" ? If not, then the driver was not installed correctly.

RE: some questions

Yes, while you are capturing with a wireless adapter, your wireless connection will disconnect from the network. This only happens with wireless adapters, net ethernet adapters. If this is undesirable, go buy a Linksys WUSB600N USB Wireless Adapter, download the Ralink driver from our site, and use ...

Stanley,

Please send me a sample trace file of your SFlow traffic. I will test, and if it is broken, I will fix it.

Help with "Roaming Latency" plug-in.

We recommend the Linksys WUSB600N wireless USB Adapter, and lots of them. Buy a couple of these at BestBuy for around $60 a piece, or cheaper on the internet, and download the Ralink driver from our web site.

Who has the manual of WizardInstaller12 ? urgent !

There is no manual (yet) . However, if you have a question about a particular option, please post it to the forum and we will describe it to you. Maybe if we do enough of these we can pull the answers together and call it a manual. ;-)

Peek API/SDK capability to send packets from Web front end.

Help With Roaming Plug-in

In order to detect roaming you need to aggregrate traffic from the 2 channels that the device is roaming between. This can be accomplished by using the Wireless Channel Aggregator Adapter Plug-in.

The Defragment plugin is a filter plugin. This means you have to set up an advanced analysis module filter on the Defragment plugin, an...

Remote Adapter Sample 3.0

The Remote Adapter Sample should work. What is the symptom? We need some clues in order to help you.

Does it build?
Does it show up as an analysis module?
Does it listen for packets?
Does it insert packets?
