Please contact Tech Support directly. You will need to change the authentication type using the Capture Engine Manager to OS authentication only from TACACS:

We assume you are talking about Omnipliance Linux. Here is how to create a user in the Linux OS:

root@localhost:~# useradd xnxnx
root@localhost:~# passwd xnxnx
Enter new UNIX password:
Retype new UNIX password:
passwd: password updated successfully

Savvius does not support Third-Party products. We suggest you contact WireShark with this issue.

Keep in mind, that OmniPeek 9.0 does not support Win 10. You must have the current version which is 9.0.4-

Just right-click on the Event and go to Event Finder Settings. Click Show Info and it will give your the information you need with a description, possible causes, and tips to remedy.
