Web:client - Save Web Statistics crash

Web:client -> save web statistics crashes omnipeek every time. I run Windows Server 2003 R2 (SP2), all .NET 4 updates are installed. Any ideas?

We tried to reproduce this but could not.

We would recommend reverting the program to factory defaults. If that is not successful, you might try a clean installation of the software. Instructions are below:

1) Uninstall OmniPeek using Add/Remove Programs

2) Delete C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\WildPackets

3) Delete C:\Program Files\WildPackets

4) Delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\WildPackets

After opening regedit, highlight Computer, go to Edit->Find, type in WildPackets
and click Find Next. Delete the first WildPackets line and from there hit F3 then delete any other
line you find WildPackets in until there are no more.

Reboot the machine.

Make sure you disable any Anti-Virus software before installing OmniPeek.

Then download a new OmniPeek executable installation file and install it.
