Capturing video over IP

I would like to analyze (and view) a CCTV IP Video stream. Selecting the packets, right clicking doesn't give access to the Voice & Video Visual Expert (mentioned in the help). I am running Omnipeek 5.1.

Which version of OmniPeek do you have? You will need OmniPeek Enterprise in order to analyze Voice and Video traffic. You need to be in the Calls and Media view of the Voice and Video area to bring up the Visual Expert. These screens will not be available if you do not have OmniPeek Enterprise.
