Packets received VS. Packets filtered

Hi, Expert,

I am using OmniPeek version 4.1 to capture the data packets sensed by my wireless Intel pro 3945, and configure all the setting as the tutorial instructed. When I click the START Capture button, it seems to work. But unfortunately, there is only number increasing in the Packets received item, no number in the item of Packets filtered, meanwhile there is no items showing in the Packets sub-window.

Can someone tell me to how manage it? thank you very much in advance!

Try turning off all filtering first. Then, do an 802.11 channel scan to find out what channels the traffic is on. You will not see any packets if the Capture Options are set to a channel with no 802.11 traffic.
