Hi,

hopefully you guys can help me out. As soon as im trying to start capturing im getting a pop-up with possible errors.

OS: Windows XP Proff. SP3

Error 1:

NIC: Intel 82567LM-3

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c186/ ... pture2.jpg

This error pops-up as soon as i try to chose that adapter for capturing.

Error 2:

NIC: Intel PRO/1000 GT Desktop Adapter

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c186/ ... apture.jpg

Error occurs at same procedure as error 1.

Both NICs use the latest Intel drivers.

Any help is greatly appriciated.

Hi, Matthias-

We have never seen this error before, but it is very unusual. Please unbind all protocols to the adapter. Maybe it is part of a load balanced group or something like that.

Hi,

i??ve got the same problem on a Windows 2003 Server machine. I recently upgraded the machine with the latest Windows Update patches.

The reported error code is 0x000005AA

Are there any news or a solution on this topic ?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

i solved the problem by reinstalling (remove/install) the Service Pack 2. Though it??s not clear what the real problem has been.
