NETWORK DASHBOARD

Omnipeek Enterprise 6.0.2

We cannot get a NETWORK DASHBOARD or STATISTICS windows to show us any information.....

- The first time it worked fine when we started a capture, but then we choose to OPTIMZE SAVE TO DISK.... and since then it will not display information.

- We started a new capture and tried it WITH and WITHOUT going to disk, and we cannot get a NETWORK DASHBOARD or STATISTICS to display any information.

- Starting a NEW capture DOES NOT give us the option to change OPTIMIZE SAVE TO DISK....so could that be the issue??

When you save to disk and choose Optimize to Disk, all Analysis Modules are disabled assuming you are going to look at the data forensically. Since the settings are retained for subsequent captures, you will need to go to the Analysis Options screen of the Capture Options and enable the modules you want in order to see the Dashboard.
