Install Error

When attempting to install OmniPeek 607 demo I get the following error:

The system is actually Windows 7 Home Premium

OmniPeek sees Windows 7 as Vista, this is not a problem.

Please try these clean installation instructions:

The steps below will cover a complete uninstall and removal of any trace of WildPackets
and reinstall a clean version of OmniPeek.

If you have custom filters, graphs, etc. please back them up from the following directory:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\WildPackets\OmniPeek

Also, make sure you disable any Anti-Virus software before installing OmniPeek.

Then do the following:

1) Uninstall OmniPeek using Add/Remove Programs

2) Delete C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\WildPackets

3) Delete C:\Program Files\WildPackets

4) Delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\WildPackets

After opening regedit, highlight Computer, go to Edit->Find, type in WildPackets
and click Find Next. Delete the first WildPackets line and from there hit F3 then delete any other
line you find WildPackets in until there are no more.

Reboot the machine.

Then download a new OmniPeek Executable installation file and install it.
