Recommended upgrade procedure

What is the recommended procedure for upgrading to a new version of OmniPeek?

Does it matter if it is a point release (minor version update) or full release (ex. Version 5 to Version 6).

Just download the newest version from your MyPeek account here:

https://mypeek.wildpackets.com/welcome.php

Then use Add/Remove programs to remove the current version before installing the new version.

and what about the license?

I have to reactivate?

Because in installation needs to license

Yes, activation takes place every time you do a new installation.

I upgrade a omniengine but I can not connect from my omnipeek, I revised the services and one is stopped (omniengine Service) and I try to start but appear an error telling, that service can not start

Can you help me?
