IM Plug-in not working

I installed the IM plugin and I run the Analyser which finds IM's but then none show up in the IM window? Am I missing something. There seems to be a serious lack of support or instructions for the plug-ins? I am running 6.5 version on windows 7.

Please submit this question in the developer's forum, as the moderator there supports the add-ons to OmniPeek.

Two posted questions in the developers forum - two unanswered questions! Wildpackets used to be a great product with great support but it looks like that is not the case anymore!
