Omniengine suddenly closed

Dear all,

Kindly advise me, i have problem with my Omniengine, the application was suddenly closed when i run Netflow Capture using Netflow Server Adapter.
These are the errors when i check the eventviewer :

- Source : Application error, Event ID : 1000, Description : Faulting application omnipeek.exe, version 6.7.1.14, faulting module omnipeek.exe, version 6.7.1.14, fault address 0x00329a2e.

- Source : Application error, Event ID : 1001, Description : Fault bucket -1585649787.

Do You have any solutions for these problem ?

Are you running the OmniEngine and OmniPeek on the same machine?
The only configuration that supports that is OmniPeek Connect.

What operating system is the software installed on, both OmniPeek and OmniEngine?

What version of NetFlow is being used? We would suggest using v5 which is the only supported version.

Does this happen when capturing from other adapters?

If you have current maintenance, we would suggest opening up a ticket with Support:

Thank you for the reply,

We are using Omni connect and Omni engine, and it happened when using the adapter.
The solution is that i reinstall the Omniengine and Omniconnect without installing the plugin...

Hi,

I am having a problem with my omniengine and netflow server.

The omniengine always closed when I started capture with netflow adapter.
I have reinstalled the omniengine and netflow, but the issue is still running.

Please help me!

Please use version 5 of NetFlow and let us know if that takes care of the problem.

Yes exactly, when the device support netflow v.5 the omniengine run properly.
But what about the netflow on cisco asa 5520 device, would you give me the correct advice?
