Can not start OmniPeek 6.5

Hi.
Help me please.
I can't start OmniPeek 6.5 under Windows Server 2003.
How i can resolve my problem.

Please provide more details:

Did this work before?
Did you upgrade?
What is the error you receive?

1. Uninstall OmniPeek 5.0
2. Install OmniPeek 6.5
3. No any errors

Try to start and nothing ....

There are omnipeek.exe size 4392 at the Task manager
