Linksys AE6000 (MT7610U)

Postby EMu » Mon Jan 28, 2019 3:31 am

I'm using the Linksys AE6000 (8 pieces) for trouble shooting wifi voice problems
The AE6000 has the chipset MT7610U chipset inside. This chipset should support 802.11AC up to 80Mhz channels and MCS09 SGI (up to 433Mb data Rate).
However it seems I only see regulare 802.11A speeds, up to 64Mb.
Omnipeek 12.3 sees the adapter as 433Mb and I use the Ralink driver (latest driver).
At the advanced settings of the driver there is no parameter which disable AC or N.

Omnipeek has not supported the AE6000 for many years. The only adapter we currently support is the OmniWiFi AC: ... -omnipeek/
