“Network troubleshooting. It should be simple, right?

Nothing could be farther from the truth. Though networks have become the bedrock of our modern, interconnected society, our ability to troubleshoot network problems and quickly perform root-cause analysis has not reached the same level of constancy. The diversity of network equipment, network designs and network purposes that drives our interconnectedness also creates the complexity found in modern network troubleshooting.
