Some older Atheros wireless adapters, usually those based on the Atheros AR5001 chipset, are incompatible with driver v4.2.2.9. In these cases, driver v3.0.1.12 should be used."


can you tell me where below is? because there's no link. so... where's the drivers to download?

I got the same problem.... i m already registered but no way how to downloal: Atheros 3.0.0.111a Wireless LAN Driver.....

WildPackets drivers for Atheros are 3.0.1.12, 4.2.2.9, and 6.0.4.13. The one you specify, 3.0.0.111a is not available from WildPackets.

You can serch your laptop website for the drivers.

I think you have missed this information:
"All three driver versions are included with OmniPeek. Those drivers can be found in the following directory: Program Files\WildPackets\OmniPeek\Driver\atheros. Instructions for installing or uninstalling a driver version are included in the driver readme."
So to download your driver, just download the OmniPeek.

Yes, the next release of OmniPeek will include 64 bit Atheros drivers.
