Telephony Number not how in Call Views

Dear Support Team,

I am a newbie of Wild Packets and especially in VOIP troubleshooting environment.

As have captured call trace from my Cisco gateway and i have call tested as from sip phone or even Mobile phone ---> Cisco AS5XX ---> Terminator GW --- >
PSTN ( End User ).

But i have noticed that most of the call number was shown as Unknown --- > Unknown in call views and show time it shown as real telephone number.

What could be the problem ? How to fix it ?Please kindly help.

Please contact Technical Support, as they will need to know much more about the environment and will need to see a sample trace file:

Hello-

We received your tech support request, but you must have a valid serial number and maintenance contract in order to get Technical Support. The serial number you submitted is not valid.

Also, OmniPeek VoIP features were not fully developed in version 5.0. We suggest you obtain a current version of OmniPeek (6.6 is the current version).
