I am having a problem with the DWA-160 Rev. B2 as well. The Ralink USB 2870 driver available through MyPeek is not seen as the correct driver for the adapter in Windows.

I can force load the driver for either device type (mini and regular) and Windows will show the adapter is initialized but I cannot view or join any wireless networks. When attempting to run a capture in OmniPeek 6.6, no packets are captured.

As a test I used a Proxim 8470-WD card with the Aetheros drivers provided with Omnipeek 6.6. Windows detects and loads the drivers without error, I am able to view and join wireless networks and can capture packets. This does not solve my problem as the DWA-160 usb adapters are ABGN capable where the 8470-WD is only BG.

D-Link changed to a different chipset for the B2 adapter (RT5572). When Ralink releases a driver that will work with OmniPeek, we will make it available for download. Since WildPackets does not make the adapter or the driver, we do not have control over the release of new drivers.

We just received a beta driver from Ralink. We should be able to post it after testing.

I found the same problem. I just buy the new DWA-160 Rev.B because it said it supported. So, please help to update the Driver as soon as possible.

I think Tech Support has a beta driver that will work. If you have maintenance, contact them here:
