Volume filling up even though I have it set to wrap

I have my sensors in a continuous capture mode, but it still fills up and then no longer accepts connections till I reboot. Once I reboot I can connect to it, I see the volume is full and then I have to manually flush old files that should have wrapped off of the device. This causes the devices to fill up almost daily and I have to repeat this routine.

any suggestions? Extremely frustrated and confused as to why the wrapping is not happening

Which product are you using? We are not sure what you mean by Sensors.
