Details:
The Savvius OmniPeek installer has encountered an activation error.

Error 831: Activation cannot be performed as the quantity is not sufficient.

Please contact Savvius technical support for further assistance.

So the installation of 12.2 fails.

Previous build 11.1
Windows 8.1
All validated.

Any help much appreciated.
