Latency or Throughput?

I user a Mirror Remote Desktop program called Dameware over a LAN. While using it I experence moments where the remote PC doesn't respond to my mouse movements until a seconds later.

Does anyone know how I can use OmniPeak to determine if my issue is one of latency or throughput?

Futher more, how can I tell if prioritizing the Dameware port (QoS) will eliminate the on screen latency?
